City Hall Gallery:
Winner of the Tourism & Arts Award from the state of Iowa,
this art gallery opened in an Old City Hall in l991 in Maquoketa,
Iowa. Nationally-known realistic impressionist fine artist
Rose Frantzens' original oil paintings are showcased along
with pottery, scenic photography and antiques. Rose's studio
is on the 2nd floor. The main floor gallery is open to the
public and has yearly shows.
